Course Agenda

Module 1: Overview of Microsoft Endpoint Management Solution

In this session, we will discuss the market trends and the possible paths organizations can take to modern management. We will discuss about Microsoft Endpoint Manager and get an overview of device lifecycle.

Module 2: Enrolling and Configuring Devices with Microsoft Endpoint Manager

In this session you will get an overview of available device management options and device configuration option in Intune. You will also get an insight into the app deployment methods and you will be able to record configuration decisions for the enablement session.

Module 3: Protecting Devices using Microsoft Endpoint Manager

In this session, we will discuss the key account protection options in Azure Active Directory and Windows 10. We will also explore the device protection options in Intune and record configuration decisions for Enablement session.

Module 4: Device Retirement, troubleshooting and planning for MDM migration

In this session we will discuss the troubleshooting and support features in Intune and the available endpoint analytics features. We will also review the device retirement features and how to assess the current MDM and options for migrating a 3rd party MDM solution to Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
